We would like to thank everyone who helped make this another successful year for AdoptaChildfortheHolidays.com. Whether you adopted a list and went shopping or sent in a monetary donation, we appreciated it all! We had 286 children and 41 senior lists adopted giving us a total of 327 lists that were fulfilled. There was a lot of need this year but all of you stepped up to help better the lives of many this holiday season. And we were able to donate food cards to many of the families and seniors and buy some late gifts with the monetary donations. We were only able to do this because of the generosity of all of you so once again, thank you!!

May all of you have a wonderful holiday season. Stay safe and healthy.

Sincerely, Robin, Kaitlin, Donna and Teemu and the NHS Key Club

A GIFT GIVING OPPORTUNITY FOR CHILDREN-IN-NEED

The New Hope-Solebury School District and the New Hope-Solebury High School Key Club are proud to offer you the opportunity to assist our local children-in-need by participating in our Adopt a Child for the Holidays program. Please join us and lend a hand to these children by adopting them into your hearts this holiday season. Together we make a difference, one child at a time.

HOW IT WORKS

We obtain holiday wish lists from local organizations such as our own school district and Fisherman’s Mark, a private social service agency in Lambertville, NJ. This year we are adding some Super Seniors who are local seniors-in-need whose wish lists are also obtained through Fisherman’s Mark. The wish lists come from children and seniors who don’t have very much, and they really need your help. We provide the essential information such as age, clothing sizes, hobbies, and interests, as well as their ultimate wish. You do the shopping and we deliver the gifts! Gift drop off day is Wednesday, December 16, 2020.

WHAT'S THE COST?

We estimate the cost of each child’s wish list to be $150 and $75 for a Super Senior. Be creative and have fun! Gather friends, family, co-workers, teammates or a homeroom! Together, you can experience the satisfaction of making dreams come true for a child or Super Senior.
